Registration & Refund Policy

Non-refundable. Access begins immediately on enrollment, which is why the fee is not refundable.

In return, access does not expire. You keep the course for as long as it exists, revisit any lesson at any time, and receive material updates as the curriculum is revised — at no additional cost.

LRT 101 is included with LRT 102 at no extra charge. If you enroll in LRT 102 after buying LRT 101 separately, contact us before registering.

Fully refundable up to 30 days before the event date. Request a refund in writing to learnmore@dnadr.org and it will be returned in full.

Within 30 days, registrations are transferable rather than refundable. You may move your place to a future workshop date, or transfer it to another clinician — just tell us in writing who is coming in your place.

If DNAcademy cancels or reschedules an event for any reason, you may transfer to the next available date or receive a full refund — your choice. This applies regardless of how close to the event the change occurs.

DNAcademy is not responsible for travel or accommodation costs. We recommend booking refundable travel where possible.

All refund and transfer requests must be made in writing to learnmore@dnadr.org. Include your name, the course or event, and the date you registered. We will confirm by email.

Academy courses do not currently carry CME or CE credit.
