Your Case Intake

Thank you for enrolling. Please provide information about the patient, upload any relevant laboratory results or medical records, and indicate your general availability. Dr. Doniparthi will review all submitted materials before your session.

    Patient privacy

    Please de-identify the patient before submitting. Do not include the patient’s name, date of birth, address, phone number, email, medical record number, insurance identifiers, or full-face photographs, and remove or black out these details on any uploaded results or records. Refer to the patient by initials or as “the patient.”

    Submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and stored in a private, access-controlled system. They are viewed only by Dr. Doniparthi and the DNAcademy team preparing your review and are not shared with third parties. The case review is an educational consultation between practitioners and does not replace your own clinical judgment.
